All items sold on Craftyjojo’s are handmade. Because of this, each piece is unique. You may notice slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and size compared to the product photos. These variations are not defects, but a natural characteristic of handmade crafts.

My products are intended for adult decorative use only.
- Choking Hazard: Some items contain small parts. Keep them out of reach of small children and pets.
- By purchasing from Craftyjojo’s, you agree that you assume all risks associated with the use of the product. Craftyjojo’s is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse or handling of my items.
Care and Maintenance
Most of my crafts provide specific care instructions. Craftyjojo’s cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper care, washing, storage, or normal wear and tear.

Pet Product Safety Notice
- Supervision Required: All pet Charms, accessories, and apparel sold by Craftyjojo’s must be used under strict human supervision.
- Wear and Tear: No pet item is completely indestructible. Regularly inspect items for wear, tear, or loose parts. Immediately discontinue use if the item becomes damaged or torn.
- Liability Limitation: Craftyjojo’s is not responsible or liable for any injuries, illness, ingestion, or damages to pets or humans resulting from the use or misuse of my products. By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for determining if the item is safe and appropriate for your pet.
Products for Teenagers
- Intended Age Group: My products are designed for teenagers and adults. They are not intended for infants, toddlers, or children under the age of 12.
- Small Parts Warning: Certain items may contain small components (such as beads, charms, or small fasteners) that pose a choking hazard to younger siblings or pets in the household. Please store these items responsibly.

Every item sold by Craftyjojo’s is thoroughly inspected for quality and packed by hand with the utmost care.
Damages During Transit
Once a package leaves when purchased and is then handed over to the postal carrier, the handling of the shipment is out of my direct control. Craftyjojo’s cannot be held directly liable for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by the shipping courier.
What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged due to rough handling during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. To help me file a claim with the courier and assist you, please provide:
- Your Name & address
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping box/packaging showing the damage
Free Replacement & Shipping Cost Policy
Free Replacement of Damaged Items
If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged in transit after the submitted photos have been reviewed, Craftyjojo’s will gladly replace that specific item free of charge. Please note that, as each item is handmade, the replacement may not be the same.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping
While the replacement product itself is free, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the new delivery/postage. I will send you a shipping invoice, and your replacement item will be crafted and dispatched once the shipping fee is paid.
Exclusion of Unaffected Items
Please note that my free replacement policy applies only to the specific item(s) that were broken or damaged in transit. Any other contents of your order that arrived safely and in perfect condition will not be replaced, refunded, or duplicated.
